You are a rainbow
A fusion of colors, a defying sight
A fighter through and through
A sun shinning bright
A stand for what’s right
Because you can’t let go
And how in the world could you
When everything around
Demands you to stand down
To conform to their laws
The ones you oppose
The labels they believe
The masks that deceive
The same ones you refuse
Because you’re not here to amuse
Because you claim your life, yours
And I know..
I know, it’s sometimes hard to defy
And you just want to get by
But who you are and how you feel
Is a reason enough to be real
To shed the mask from time to time
And to know, that to some, you’re sublime
