Three Healthy Summer Smoothies’ Recipes

 I admit that as much as I love summer, I definitely hate it’s abnormal heat. So we need something refreshing and hydrating. And what’s better than smoothies? I honestly will feel satisfied if I only had to drink smoothies in the summer. Anyway, since it’s smoothies season, here is a list of all-time best smoothies to help us get over this scorching heat. 

1- Mango Madness 

We can almost all agree that mango is our favourite fruit in the summer. So what’s even a summer smoothie without mango? This smoothie is really easy to make; you just need to blend your ingredients all together. I suggest using frozen mango, as it makes the smoothie soft and cold. Add 2 cups of your frozen mango with 1 cup of orange juice, ½ cup of coconut yogurt, or just any type of yoghurt you have. And voilà! You have your favorite smoothie ready in any minute. 

2- Strawberry Fields

Strawberry is my second favourite fruit. I’m sorry to everyone who is allergic to strawberry, but I had to add it. In a blender, you’ll need to add ½ cup of water, ½ cup of yogurt, 1 cup of strawberries, and, if you feel a little extra, you can add ½ cup of frozen peaches, which I really recommend adding. 

3- The Summer Smoothie 

As a celebration of summer, this refreshing smoothie contains all your favourite fruits. Place your ½ cup of cherries (pitted), ½ cup peaches (peeled), 1 cup of strawberries, ½ cup of blueberries, 1 cup of watermelon (chopped), fresh juice of half a lemon, and ½ cup filtered water. Mix them in a blender and you are all done!

Of course, you don’t have to stick to the ingredients; you can do whatever you want.
