II – Read a Book
There are so many good books that will get you hooked. Here are a few of the favorites of a bookworm:
1 – Slammed
2 – Shatter Me
3 – One of Us Is Lying
While it may be hard to go out and buy these you can always read on Wattpad, here are some of my favorites:
1 – I Fight for Her
2 – Desolated
3 – Family Comes First
4 – Lucifer Wears Leather
III – Cooking
This is a great way to pass time while getting a good treat in. It could be very entertaining even if you fail ; you will end up laughing with time well spent. Cook something for your family to carry some weight from your mom’s shoulders; she’ll be grateful!
IV – Home Workout
This is a great way to stay fit. Try this with your siblings or even your parents! A lot of great apps and youtube channels offer great workout routines.
V – Take Online Courses
Education is available for free on Khan Academy, where you can take a full online course on almost any subject. So find something that interests you and learn more about it. You can also search for online jobs or volunteer to take part in organizations and projects. For example, Milkyway magazine! 😉
VI – Board Games
You can always play basic cards or a good board game with your family. Time will pass fast and you could possibly hear some throwback stories told by your parents about their past experiences of being quarantined. It will actually feel really good and refreshing now that you got some time off social media and spent it with your family.
